Description
This larger painting on canvas marks a return to Bang& Lessin's singular style: gestural, layered, textured, surprising infusions of color and subtle narrative references. This painting features an uncharacteristically muted, autumnal palette even as bold reds and seafoam green share space with rich olive and caramel tones. Jazz greats Herbie Hancock and Wes Montgomery - along with Grover - guided the painting of this particular piece, the latest in a series of monumental, statement pieces from Bang & Lessin's US studio.

I hosted a small get together for my daughter’s tenth birthday and I couldn’t be happier.

The staff was kind, patient and encouraging. They truly made all of the girls feel comfortable and supported, helping them bring their ideas to life.

We recently held a team-building event at Asbury Park Art Club and had a fantastic experience. The venue has a cool, artsy seaside vibe and aesthetic that sets a creative tone. Our small group of 7 made Découpage Seashells, which is a seasonal project. Karen and her staff were very attentive throughout the process, providing guidance to our group and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect space for a small group seeking a unique experience.
